Principles Of Marketing E-Portfolio

PRINCIPLES OF MARKETING'S E-PORTFOLIO

I am Nadia Irina Nafisah Binti Abdul Wahab, and I will be turning eighteen years old this December. I am currently in my second semester of the "Diploma In Business" course in Taylor’s University. I have six modules this semester, and one of my modules is Principles Of Marketing. For all my modules, which also include Principles Of Marketing, half of my final grade would be from doing coursework, while another half would be from doing the final exam, but the most important component of the coursework would be my group assignment as it is worth 25% of my final grade, and because of this I took all my assignments seriously as I want to get an A in this module if possible.

Therefore, for my group assignment, we had to work on doing a market researh on a company, and we had chosen ZARA as our company of choice. We started discussing and allocating what each of the member in our group should do with our group leader with the help of the guidelines given by our lecturer and tutor, Ms. Neliza. After my group leader agreed on what each of our member should do for the group assignment, I started doing my part of the assignment, which was to introduce one of the product lines of ZARA, which was the Shoes & Bags line. After finishing and submitting the first part to my group leader, I continued finishing the Perceptual Mapping for ZARA, which shows the position of ZARA in the marketplace along with the positions of other competitors within the same industry, and send it to my group leader for her to compile and proofread all our parts. Once she had finished compiling and proofreading, I also asked her to send our group assignment to me because I would like to give it one last check to make sure it is perfect. After proofreading and correct some mistakes I have noticed, I printed out our group assignment for submission.

Overall, I honestly think my group assignment went smoothly as each member in my group participated and give their best, so I really hope our hardwork will be worth it in the end. Not only that, but I also believe that I have learnt a lot about marketing by doing this coursework, especially when I can relate and apply what my tutor, Ms. Neliza, taught us in lectures and tutorials which help us a lot because without her teaching and guiding us well, all of us would know nothing about marketing since we have no basic knowledge on this module. Therefore, I have learnt a lot in this module from knowing nothing when I first stepped into this class, and I will also try my very best to get an A in this module during the final exam.
